Message is glued or somehow attached to another plastic piece on the outboard side. When I pulled the wheel off the 4 clips that were holding it back on the inboard side were all mising, so the think could flop around in there. I could even pull it forward and have full access to the valve behind it.

I replaced all 4 of the clips and now it is secured back. The front lining which covers the intercooler piping and the coolant overflow bottle was a mess, the edges were curled back (but I didnt see any signs of contact on the edges, most of the screws were in place, but the lining itself was broken in several places and it had a hole in it and in the overflow bottle behind it from the inboard shoulder of the tire rubbing on the outboard side of the lining when the wheel was turned fully to the left. I took this lining out completely for now and I will have to replace it with new when I'm able. Especially since it provided some rigidity to the lower fascia lip which is now much more flexible.
